Sometimes you just NEED cake and here is the perfect way to get cake without much effort!
Simply follow the below instruction to make a cake in a cup within a few minuets…
35g (1/3 cup) self-raising flour
1 tablespoon NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Cocoa, plus extra to dust
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add in half of the wet ingredients and stir till the mixture is mixed through with a sticky consistency.
Spoon mixture into a medium to large mug and microwave on high for 70-80 seconds.
Serve with custard, ice-cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
